Conditions : Applicant must be Indonesian citizen, employee, entrepreneur or professionals Working or trading experiences minimum 2 years. Applicant must be min. of 21 years, or married and maximum of 55 years for employee and 60 years for entrepreneur or professionals when the installment ends. The house is for own use (not for sale/investment) Installment (principal + interest) of total debts (in BCA + other banks) + new application max. 1/3 of applicant’s gross salary/husband and wife’s joint income. Applicant must close insurance (life and fire insurance) under banker’s clause. Applicant must sign credit contract and Mortgage Certificate. Installment automatically cut off the applicant’s account in BCA.
